Spring events in May offer mild weather and lower competition for dates. Fall events in September and October give you crisp, comfortable evenings that audiences love. Screen sizes start at 12 feet for intimate backyard events and go up to 52 feet wide for large-scale festivals and park events. We match the screen size to your audience and venue.

We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance, especially for peak summer weekends in June, July, and August. New York summers fill up fast — the sooner you reach out, the better your chances of locking in your preferred date. That said, always contact us even for last-minute requests.
